How likely are you to recommend Water Gap Wellness Outpatient Center?
What patients say on Google
“Currently receiving services here. They are good at helping you to stop the cycle of addiction and have good doctors. The problem is their billing. They use a 3rd party billing company that you are forced to link to your bank account and charges are taken out automatically, at any time, without prior notice. This is a problem for me, and im sure would be for others. And I just want people to be aware of it before going here”
“This 5-star score is Soley based on Dr. Andrea Bloch and not my experience at WGW PHP/IOP Programs or the WGW Wellness Inn/Lodge. A few months after leaving WGW, I found myself in the same negative mentality that I first had when I arrived. Honestly, I wanted to stop any affiliation with WGW, I felt left in the dark, and frankly hopeless. This is when I met Dr. Bloch. She is the most kind, caring, compassionate. and knowledgeable psychiatrist I have ever met. I have never dealt with a professional who demonstrates such genuine care. You truly know she wants the best for your well-being. Dr. Bloch always gives off this positive aurora in the office that I did not always feel at the WGW Wellness center. You just feel comfortable, safe and heard with her. Kristin H the Outpatient Administrator for the WGW outpatient center is also hands down the BEST Office Administrator I have ever had the pleasure of speaking and receiving office related support from. The two of them are a dream time & without them I would not attend WGW outpatient center. I feel lucky to have them as my support team and WGW should feel lucky to have them as their employees. If there were to ever be changes, I would no longer attend this outpatient center.”
“Inexperienced staff, bad communication, third party billing. If you dont have insurance dont go. They dont cover Medicare/aid”
