What patients say on Google
“I take a child here and have been impressed with the high level of care they give to not just the client but whole family. The front desk is professional, kind, and respectful. Our therapist is Jasmine and she is wonderful.”
“Couldn't even get through with the intake appointment. I scheduled an initial call to inquire about outpatient services at this practice. The secretary was nice and guided me through the consent forms. She scheduled an appointment to meet with a therapist for an intake. A week later I receive a phone call from another secretary stating that the therapist must reschedule the intake appointment. I asked why as I was concerned and nervous that I would have to search for another therapist (there are little to none in the area who don't have waitlist or offer in person) She was told by the therapist that i was scheduled to meet with that the therapist has to leave at X time. I was confused because we already had scheduled an appointment for a week now. I told her that my appointment is 2 hours prior to her scheduled time to leave, why won't this be sufficient enough? The secretary was very nice and explained that the intakes usually take 1-1.5 hours. Again, I was confused as to what the issue was with the time, other than that it was an inconvenience. I immediately became uncomfortable and told the secretary that I will not be moving forward with someone who is going to focus on the time rather than build rapport with me. I do think this is bad clinical practice to start off working with prospective clients, which is why i am giving a 1 star review. There needs to be either better organization with scheduling, or more appropriate communication. Hopefully my review can encourage this practice to work on these things. Thanks and be well.”
“They said we could talk about my appointment the next day, wake up earlier waiting for the promised phone call. Got worried and went to call and 10pm they cancelled my appointment without informing me. Never had this happen to anyone in my family in all my years of life and their 60+ from any medical professional but first time for everything.”
“Absolutely wonderful mental healthcare facially! Always very clean and neat and the staff is infectiously friendly and kind! Never push medication and weekly counseling with Kelsey has helped me through PPD and through lots of other mental health issues I experience. She’s wonderful and I also highly recommend doing their parent child interaction therapy! So great for the kiddos and parents, we are learning so much together!”
