He looks forward to it every day. The staff is patient and nurturing and he has truly excelled having them as a support. He isn’t talking quite yet but he has made strides in starting to say words and make new noises. It is also amazing to see him working on so many projects that I never thought I would see! We are very lucky to have them in our corner and are so happy we chose to receive services here!”

“There is honestly not enough positive things I can say about the Monroe Matrix center! This wonderful group of people have done soo, so much for my daughter! She has done a complete 180 in her speech and behavior! I have these wonderful people to thank for that and also for putting my mind at ease knowing that she is in the best, most capable and safe hands when I drop her off. The BHTs are all incredibly supportive, patient, compassionate and understanding with her and myself. Any questions or worries that I may have had were addressed right away and CLEARLY! There's always been an open line of communication with her BC and the center manager which to me, means the world. It takes something special to work with children who need a little extra support and the people at this facility most definitely have that something special! You can feel how much they care from the first time you meet them. The facility itself IS and FEELS safe. You need to be let in by staff and that's how it SHOULD BE! They have all different rooms and activities separated for different needs for different children, a sensory room which I know my daughter loves. They really get to know the kids and what they need in particular to set them up for success. I can't thank them all enough for what they do for our family 🖤”
