How likely are you to recommend The Center For Counseling and Wellness?
What patients say on Google
“I can only imagine in this type of business there would be people who would be dissatisfied. Mental health is challenging in the best circumstances. But I can say from my experience over many years that I have had nothing but positive interaction, efficient communication regarding appointments/payments etc, but most importantly I have received wonderful, supportive care when I needed it the most.”
“If you would have asked me a week ago what I thought of this place I would have told you that it is a good place to start in your healing journey. Now I feel VERY VERY differently. I had requested my records as I have started therapy again. I get my records and the tone/verbiage and sheer lack of unprofessionalism that these notes contained completely changed that opinion. The way DR. BOB interpreted our meetings and what he actually thought of me made my blood boil. He called my issues a "saga" and also had very other rude and JUDGMENTAL things to say in his notes. I understand they are his notes from the session, and you don't think anyone will see them. I'll say this though, I also work in healthcare I can promise you no matter what type of patient we have we keep everything professional. I am honestly upset/mad/hurt/heartbroken that I wasted my time and money at this practice. If you don't want to do your job then retire. I will give credit to the front desk as they were very nice and attentive to get me my records and they deserve a gold star if that Dr is who they have to deal with every day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR MONEY HERE. :)”
“I have had the opportunity to recently start working with Chance at the center, and he has been very understanding and supportive beyond his expected scope of service. My trust and comfortability progressed quickly after having just a few sessions, and I am grateful to have their team as my support going forward.”
“Extremely rude staff who seem to lack the capacity/skills to work in the mental health system. Poor communication and conflict resolution at reception accompanied by attitude. Officer manager is professional.”
