What patients say on Google
“It’s disappointing that this practice continues to operate while claiming to support individuals in need of mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral health services. Based on my experience, I would recommend seeking care from another local provider—one that demonstrates a stronger commitment to patient well-being and truly prioritizes your best interests.”
“I never imagined I’d be writing a review for a therapist, but here I am. After losing my mom, I found myself trying to survive while also being a mom to a toddler who couldn’t possibly understand what had happened. The truth is… I didn’t understand it either. People kept telling me, “Just put one foot in front of the other.” But I couldn’t. It felt like neither foot would move. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression for much of my life, but I never realized how much I was carrying until I started therapy. I came in because of grief, but I quickly realized there were so many parts of myself I had never truly understood. For the first time in a long time, I felt heard. I felt validated. Things that I had questioned about myself for years finally started making sense. Starting therapy hasn’t taken away the pain of losing my mom, and I know it never will. But it has helped me learn how to carry that pain instead of letting it consume me. It’s helping me keep my head above water while learning how to navigate life without her. I am so thankful for the care I’ve received at Grace Family Services. Mindy has created a space where I feel safe, understood, and never judged. She listens, engages, and offers practical tools that have helped me navigate this journey in ways I never expected. I was terrified to start therapy. I didn’t know how to be vulnerable. I almost turned around before ever walking through the door. If you’re scared, grieving, overwhelmed, or simply don’t know where to begin, know that you’re not alone. One foot in the door at Grace Family Services is all you need. They’ll help guide you the rest of the way.”
