What patients say on Google
“Mary Jane McManus and her staff have been life changing for me. Since moving to SC I have had a difficult time finding a provider who seems to care or listen. Thank goodness a friend told me about this office. Everyone has been so kind and I finally feel like my head is together. Thank you Mary Jane for helping me smile again”
“This 5-star review is for Sue—she is amazing. However, the front office needs better customer service. When a client cancels an appointment and leaves a voicemail, there should be a confirmation call to acknowledge the cancellation. My wife and I shouldn’t have to chase down confirmation by phone. My wife also called a week ago and never received a return call.”
“This place is the most unprofessional place I have ever sent my daughter. On 2 different occasions the office manager walked in the middle of pit sessions to ask questions..may I remind you she's the OFFICE MANAGER! She had the audacity to say "if this were your biological kids would you feel the same" ( our daughter is adoptive. I was astonished! Them she berated us in the lobby with other patients there And let's not forget thr reception had her 2 cents to add. HUGE HIPA violation.Terrible experience.”
“This is one of the most underhanded and unethical mental health practices I have ever encountered.I was charged $250 for a missed appointment. This was an honest mistake as I had the appointment scheduled in my calendar for the following week at the same time. I was sent a spam text 2 days before with a sketchy hyperlink no one in their right mind would ever check from a random number with no reference to the appointment or the company. The office told me because I was a new patient they could not refund my money, confirming that it was possible, and simply wouldn’t be done. I understand how important it is to be punctual to scheduled appointments — this was an honest mistake and $250 is not a drop in the bucket. Shame on this organization for this underhanded policy. If you are looking for mental health services, please avoid this office at all costs.”
