“This place is not very organized. My daughters therapist is the only good employee we've worked with. Mine was just ok but seemed like she had some problems of her own. The PRPs are seriously unorganized, do a lot of no shows and rescheduling. They lack consideration for the time of the patients. Things can be random and short of notice. They'll call with say a new PRP and they'll go hey are you available to meet today or tomorrow instead of what would be a good day for you to meet with me. And I think they're more concerned with putting people on medication than counseling them. They tried putting my daughter on Adderall and hadn't seen her but a handful of times.”

“I first came here in 2015 when I still lived in Maryland. At the time they were compassionate and friendly and attentive. Sorry to hear what others experience was like.”

“They're hard to get a hold of by phone. I don't know why you can't leave a message without getting cut off. Therapist are ok. Is there a way to reach the building instead of having to go up there to talk to the front desk person. What's the point of having a number to contact your facility when you can't answer the phone?”

“I can never get ahold of anyone on the phone. Communication is not good. We had one therapist that I really loved and who helped my son tremendously.”
