“Honestly, I never had seen anyone. I just wasted my time trying to get an appointment with someone wasnt even available and completely booked. The front office personnel was terrible. Didn't make me understand what was needed from me until the appointment time had already started. Yes you didn't tell me what I needed to until I asked you. You. Should have told me about forms and fees in your first response to me!! Not after 30 emails. You need to get fired. I don't know anything about your job. I'm so angry.”
