“This happens a few weeks ago but it was an absolutely terrible experience—do NOT waste your time or money here. I paid over $200 out-of-pocket (Kaiser not in network) for what turned out to be a 10–12 minute “intake” appointment. I specifically came to get evaluated for ADHD. The provider asked a few basic questions, then told me they can’t do ADHD testing here and can’t prescribe anything until I get tested somewhere else. When I asked for a referral or even one single recommendation of where to go, he literally said “just Google it” and showed me the door. $200+ for absolutely nothing. Complete waste. To make it even worse while waiting, one of the receptionists was on the phone having a VERY loud conversation about another patient—discussing his court case, that his parents didn’t end up going/dropping the charges, his injection sites, his anger issues, telling the mom he texts her when he’s raging so she can calm him down, etc. The entire waiting room could hear every detail. In a mental health clinic. That’s not just unprofessional, that’s a blatant HIPAA violation. The lack of privacy, the greed, and the total absence of actual help made me walk out feeling violated and ripped off. Will never return and strongly recommend you go literally anywhere else.”

“They were ok in the beginning. For 2 months they have been terrible. Doctors didn’t call in medicine because he went out of town and the following month they never called for her appointment but lied in the notes that they called so now another month with a delay in important medication. Looking for a better mental health doctor for my child that cares”

“The worst mental facility in MD. I was going here for 3 years and they cut off my medication like I was nothing. They received a call from one of my family members whom I have an extreme issue with and they took that persons word for face value and immediately stopped my medication management without forewarning me whatsoever. Mind you, I’ve been going to this place for over 3 years and I’ve never had an issue or showed any signs of addiction. I never asked for an early fill or none of that, but they were extremely negligent on how the handled my care. I was fortunate enough to find another facility that continues my care. Covenant even had the audacity to ask me about fees that I have to pay out of pocket because billing doesn’t know how to deal with insurance companies. My insurance covers all my appointments. Any doctor I see I have no copay, but this place tells me I owe them money for a visit is preposterous! I highly recommend finding another facility before taking an appointment here. Seriously, they do not care about their patients!!!”
