“Bad receptionist and appointment maker which led to me finding another place. I showed up and she already had my appointment canceled. Also I was told I have to make the councilors work. I have to reach out to them all the time or they won’t reach out to me and seemed like I had to keep reminding them of things that needed to be done like certain paperwork printed out so I could receive. Not happy with my service.”

“The staff members I've interacted with were kind and helpful. Even just speaking over the phone with the receptionist is pleasant. She has never made me feel rushed off of the phone or like a burden with any inquiry or call.”
