“I sought care here for ADHD management and have documented full neuropsychological testing completed in adulthood. During my first visit, I was advised to continue medication previously prescribed by my primary care provider without a new treatment plan. At follow up, I was asked whether I preferred Bupropion or Vyvanse, and was told Vyvanse was concerning during pregnancy after stating my OB cleared me for low dose stimulant ADHD medication. Although my OB had cleared me for a low dose ADHD medication, I felt steered toward Wellbutrin and was given only a two week supply with instructions to call back about effectiveness, without a clearly outlined longer term plan. I also brought school disability accommodation paperwork. I was told ADHD testing must be renewed every two years and was quoted $1,000–$5,000 for additional evaluation. The clinic stated they were unsure what documentation my school required and advised me to follow up with the disability office myself. Ultimately, my primary care provider completed the same paperwork without issue and prescribed the medication needed. As a student, this experience felt discouraging and ethically concerning being unable to secure consistent medication management while also being unable to obtain necessary documentation for academic accommodations left me feeling unsupported. While staff were polite, the overall process felt unclear and more testing focused than solution focused. I recommend clarifying medication planning and documentation policies upfront.”

“They lied about my significant others test, stating that he isn’t fit for military even though he has no mental health issues. Doctor was very late and only saw him for about 2 minutes said every thing sounds good and then said that. Very wrong to ruin someone’s career because your lazy.”
