“I’m honestly shocked at the negative reviews, I have been more than happy with every visit I’ve attended here. All of the staff members are angels. I come to every appointment with one of my family members & we haven’t had a single bad experience. During the height of psychosis they (the nurses, aids, & dr.) knew how to talk to her and try to keep everything as normal and calm as possible which during this time was nearly impossible. My family member struggled a lot with being hospitalized and over medicated and she was SO adamant about never seeing any doctors until we found this place. They have completely changed her view on going to get help which is so so so amazing to me and my family. I seriously cannot even begin to explain how thankful I am for the staff especially Dr. Menendez! Like I mentioned earlier he really knows how to try and keep things as normal as possible and treats his patients with so much respect which sadly isn’t very common in the mental health field. I highly recommend this place to anyone struggling & I hope everyone can see how great they truly are.”

“We waited weeks for an appointment to help my daughter with her anxiety only to take off work and walk in with my daughters hopes up and the doctor to tell us her case load was too big to take any more clients! I mean really yall could have called us when you realized that so we could find help elsewhere but thought so little of us that they made us wait for an appointment and go talk to someone to be turned away. Very unprofessional and the doctor acted like she had no idea why that might upset me.”
