“First intake appointment was great. Then every single appointment after, the counselor was either a no show or late. And in the instances where they were late, I had to call to ask if the appointment was forgotten or canceled. By the 3rd or 4th time of this happening, I just asked them to remove me from their client schedule. A person seeking help for mental or emotional health issues shouldn’t have to worry about the consistency of their counselor/therapist. Or worry if their appointment is not going to happen because their counselor “forgot”. I went through x2 counselors and I’m very disappointed that it didn’t work out… I liked the 2nd person, but what times I actually had to talk with her.”
