“I visited this location only once, and unfortunately it was a very negative experience. During our first visit, the receptionist assured us that our insurance would fully cover the cost of treatment. As it later turned out, that was not true. My child was placed in an online group therapy session with approximately 10–12 participants and barely had a chance to speak. Despite this, we received a bill for nearly $500. After that first session, I personally called to express my dissatisfaction and clearly stated that we did not wish to continue with the therapy. Despite this, I am still receiving additional bills. I seriously question whether these practices are even legal. Instead of genuinely helping people who are seeking support, this organization appears to focus on charging excessive fees. I believe more people should be informed about these kinds of practices through social media and other public platforms, so others do not find themselves in the same situation. I feel misled and cannot recommend this location.”

“The staff are not treated well and the policies they have in place.Are there to let people know that you don't matter when you go there. If you're sick or have any issues that come up they will charge you an additional hundred dollars even if you don't have the money. Some nice people work there, but the people who run the place are so money Hungry that you'd be better off Moving into a gutter and living on the streets because you will be with their fees that they'll add on. The management. Has zero compassion, No one should work there.No one should go there. If you can avoid dealing with them do it.”

“I’ve been with Rosecrance on Dakota st for a few years now. I left group therapy because my ex was in there and made my mental health worse, but because I was already in one on one therapy, I thought it’d be fine. Well, I turned out to be very wrong because one time I was setting up an appointment with my therapist and I forgot to email her back. I emailed her back the day of our “appointment” that was never fully scheduled, apologizing and since then, she has ghosted me and my mental health has just gotten increasingly worse. This was after my previous therapist had left her job and I had to get mine switched. If you go with Rosecrance, I don’t recommend Elizabeth Corbo. I don’t recommend Rosecrance at all, but that’s up to you. I’ve heard too many stories of my friends being ghosted by therapists or their therapists make them feel worse or tell them they’re lying and such. I don’t recommend Rosecrance at all.”
