“I've called the MCHB 2 times. To only be forwarded to Prairie State Legal Services, which I had already informed them that they would only hand me a brochure. (The second time) My brother suffers from paranoid schizophrenia. All we want to know is how to get legal documents in the event when he becomes Manic and ends up in the hospital like he does yearly. All we want to know is that he is safe and sound and have a say in his medical treatment. He was missing 3 days in Centegra last time and ended up in Des plains, dismissed suicidal. The fact remains that a young male in McHenry County is not important. Number 164 on housing 2 years later. $500 a month in SSI and $89 infood stamps. No assistance by any mchenry county helth board. Still no health care plan in place. And Denise no PSL does not care and you don't either. Shame on the county! Wonder what it takes to get some help.”
