How likely are you to recommend ECH Counseling, PLLC?
What patients say on Google
“Had a really positive experience with ECH Counseling in Crystal Lake. I went in for ADHD therapy, and it genuinely made a difference in how I manage my focus and daily routines. The therapist was patient, practical, and easy to talk to and gives real strategies that worked. I feel more in control now. Definitely recommend if you’re dealing with ADHD and want something that actually helps.”
“I’ve been working with Jennifer at ECH Counseling for a while now for anxiety, and the consistency has really made a difference. Over multiple sessions, she helped me understand my patterns and build tools I actually use in real life. It wasn’t instant, but I’ve noticed I’m a lot less overwhelmed and better at handling things as they come up. Really grateful for the support.”
“I tried therapy with Annette. The experience was not good. She talked too much in my session (more than I did) and didn't seem to listen to me. I didn't feel heard or understood. I know everyone can have an off day, so I tried seeing her twice. She still seemed preoccupied with herself. I don't know any other therapists at the office, and they may be good, but I certainly don't recommend seeing Annette.”
“Worked with a therapist through ECH Counseling over multiple sessions for trauma, and it’s been genuinely helpful. I was given space to process things at my own pace without ever feeling rushed. Some sessions were tough, but over time I’ve noticed I’m less triggered and feel much more grounded day to day. Definitely worth it.”
