What patients say on Google

“Resilience overall has been an enlightening experience. The staff are all friendly, hard working people. They always try to make everyone feel included and heard. The best experiences here come from the people who are all in the same boat as you. The conversations I've had will be something I'll always remember. These last two and a half months have been very beneficial but not without struggle. Resilience as a whole comes on strong but falls short with inconsistency. I would recommend giving it a try, everyone has their own timeline with being here. It's not something to rush, you will know when you're ready to leave.”
Ryan
“My experience at Resilience has been overwhelmingly positive, mostly because of the interactions with the staff and other patients. The staff are professional, diligent, and most of them have gone through the same or similar struggles as the patients they are helping, which makes it a lot easier to connect with them. The reassurance and support that I’ve gotten from the other attendees in group sessions have been invaluable as well.”
Scott
“My time at Resilience was good, I feel like I benefited most from my one on ones with Anita and meeting with the nurse Lavette. They were both very helpful. I definitely feel like coming here was worth it but I would give others a heads-up to be prepared for the time you put in for groups and focusing on yourself. In the beginning it felt like I got worse before I got better but I trusted the process and am glad I did.”
DF
“I personally do not recommend this place. I came from Amber Behavioral Health and out of Florida where I had a great experience. Then I landed here, and let’s just say it was the exact opposite. It felt like asking the employees to help me with something was a chore for them. On numerous occasions I would have to call them all day long to be sure my medication was being sent to the pharmacy to be filled on the correct date. Numerous time this didn’t happen. There are better places out there that care more. Do your research before committing.”
