“Have to compliment Premier again because they are the most accommodating office me or my family have ever been to. My mom suffers from an array of health conditions and cannot be left alone, so making appointments for myself is often frustrating and very last minute. Every single person at Premier goes above and beyond to make sure I’m scheduled to see my provider every single month. Today was one of those times. I can’t imagine how frustrating that can be for them while they deal with many, many patients, but they always help and are always so kind and chill about it. If you’re thinking of seeing a mental health provider, Dr. Nitin Thapar, Lisa, Luca, and Natalie are the greatest team of professionals and will always recommend them! “Weeks after my first initial appointment, my account had a balance due to errors with my insurance. 10 minutes before my second appointment, I received a phone call informing me my appointment was canceled. I was never given notice this would happen. I confirmed my appointment via text, email, and phone conversation 3 times. I've never had a medical provider that canceled 10 mins before an appointment especially due to an account balance. This is really unethical and irresponsible. I'm extremely lucky I have more than enough meds to get by until I can find a new office that practices ethical principles and communicates effectively. I'm not faulting my provider herself, she was great, but if I can't access her services how does that help?”
