“If I could give zero stars I would. I was recommended to this place by someone I trusted, and since day one it was like pulling teeth getting a reply. Specifically dealing with Bethany was really difficult in terms of getting a response. Eventually, I needed a refill for my meds, and she told me to contact the office number instead of the other number I had. It took almost 10 messages and numerous phone calls to finally get a reply. Then, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment online through their website. Upon doing so, it said I would receive a link for the appointment. That never came through. Twice I tried. After, I reached out to Bethany and she said I needed to find a new provider after “missing too many appointments.” Mind you, I missed ONE appointment and it was because the place she told me to fill out an appointment never sent me a link for a telehealth appointment. Just overall was a frustrating experience having to constantly chase her down and slow response times. Would not recommend. It’s only gotten worse the more clients they have taken on. And if they try and dispute any of this, I have all the screenshots and proof and am happy to share those as well. Look elsewhere.”
