What patients say on Google

“Had an appointment at 9 and was told to come in 30 minutes early for the appointment since it was my son's first one. Get here and the doors are locked and if course no one answering the phone. I had to wait a month to get this appointment that was needed 3 weeks ago. Already starting out bad and we haven't even walked in the building yet. Let's hope once we get in our feeling about this place will change. It wouldn't be as bad if they at least gave me a call and let me know or kept me informed or something.”
Peso McDonald
“Pride has been a company that really does care about the children. I have worked with them on helping a couple of my children. They always go above and beyond to help the parents and school staff and help us learn how to help our kids. The passion they have for the people that come into to the office is some of the best I have seen. It’s not just one person in the company, but it’s everyone from the front office, therapist, and down to the in home treatment team. I feel the staff really does love what they do and are in it for the right reason. If you are looking for an office that is in it for the right reasons, look no further.”

“My daughter has and is receiving services from Pride. My daughter has received therapy for most of her life. She 3 months from being sixteen. We just started with Pride in December 2025. I believe had been with Pride earlier that we may be a lot further along than we are. However with any therapy, the person receiving therapy has to be willing to work the therapy even when it hard for it to make a difference. The team that we are working with are very dedicated to the client and in my opinion have been the best team we have worked with.”
Denise Creech
“Weeks to get an appointment for an issue that is severely impacting my life, and when I finally got in, the provider clearly wasn’t listening to a word I said about my own body. On top of that, getting a call back from this office is nearly impossible. If you actually need help, go elsewhere. Mental health care requires communication and basic respect for patients. Unfortunately, this practice demonstrated neither. Completely unacceptable experience. I will not be returning.”
