How likely are you to recommend Carolina Outreach?
“I visited this location today with my boyfriend who was seeking help with medication management for anxiety. As someone who has had my own walk with mental health, I feel more than qualified to speak on this issue. The psychiatrist was very harsh, confrontational, and condescending. When somebody is clearly struggling, there is NO excuse or reason to treat them poorly, ESPECIALLY as a medical professional who someone is coming to for help. I have never had such a poor experience seeking help for a mental health issue. I sat in the room with my boyfriend while he was on call with the psychiatrist, and the situation was handled so poorly that I left this location very upset myself. I mean it when I say the type of behavior I witnessed today is what deters people from seeking the help they need. Overall, this was a horrible experience. The lady who checked us in was very friendly, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about Carolina Outreach in Smithfield”
“Great team! I love my case managers and the director is beyond kind and respectful. Definitely recommend this place for people who need mental health services”
“They have therapists, medical assistants and even doctors. Great place, don't let that random 1 star review perturb you. My therapist is my 3rd therapist now, and easily the best one.”
“Just tried to call with an urgent mental health/ SA issue, and no one answers the phone. I even pressed the number it gave for urgent issues, and got voicemail.”
