How likely are you to recommend CommWell Health Smithfield?
“At my doctor's appointment this morning. I said ," Good morning to the receptionist" Waylee. She just sat there and smile didn't say it back. I said Good morning twice. Nothing. As for as I'm concerned she has poor customer service. She definitely don't need to be the one greeting patients. If she's the first person that has to encounter patients she will definitely bring your service down.”
“Dr spraggins has been very good to me every time I have seen her. If it was for her I'd never get a referral to the right specialist. Ishe does the very best that she can do, if she runs and orders tests and scans and something comes back she gets you to the right place, very nice dr and good at what she does, she's a 5 star dr!”
“I would like to thank Frieda Spragins from Commwell Health in Smithfield for her compassion and thorough medical care during my recent sickness. I was diagnosed with Covid and directly after a sinus infection that kept me from being able to work. The office staff were quick to respond to my request for a tele-visit and I was given orders for needed medication in the same day. Everyone at this site was courteous and I felt cared for and listened to. Five stars is barely enough to convey my gratitude! Keep up the great work and thank you so much.”
“I wish I could give zero stars... I Had my husband go in today for care for the first time it’s not an emergency but he definitely needs to be seen by a doctor as he is coughing up red micro plasma from his lungs (he has horrible asthma). He goes in as a walk-in so he was fully aware that there is a chance he may not get to be seen. (Which he was fine with he would just go somewhere else) he comes in and is told they didn’t know of he could get seen. It sent him through triage anyway. Had him wait over an hour to be seen just to say “oh we can’t get you seen today but there is an emergency room right down the road” MIND YOU HE SAID FROM THE START IF THERE WAS ANY DOUBT HE WOULD NOT BE SEEN THEN HE WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. But no, he waits over an hour for nothing and now every doctors he’s called they are all saying they aren’t taking walk-ins anymore today. That is absolutely ridiculous. I’m never a person to review bad things. Everyone has a bad day but this is absurd.”
