“The front office in Crystal Lake is very friendly. I never feel like I am bothering them. This is not always the case with many Dr offices. Due to the sensitive nature of issues they deal with, I am impressed that any questions or needs I have are responded to same day and I can tell they enjoy helping the client. Dr Mirza Khan My previous psychiatrist had retired so I was referred to Dr. Khan needless to say I was anxious, but he made me feel very comfortable. I was impressed that he was familiar with my history, so it was evident that he had researched some of my needs prior to our visit. He was compassionate and thorough. I felt listened to. He is very knowledgeable on new treatments, medications, nutrition and also uses a holistic approach. Update…I have continued to see Dr. Khan since October and none of my visits have been solely medication focused. I feel like he is prepared, doesn’t chart through my visit and telehealth visits are just as productive. I always feel more hopeful after seeing Dr. Khan.”
