What patients say on Google
“I’m kind of new to New Oakland. When my doctor joined them at their Center Line office, I decided to go with her. I have had only positive experiences with the staff and the waiting area and office has always been neat and tidy, as for my doctor, Jessica, she’s always professional, she treats me with respect and not only does she LISTEN to everything I have to say, but she HEARS me, and REMEMBERS details most doctors wouldn’t. Any time she was supposed call or get back to me, she did. She’s someone I trust, and I know she cares about the people she sees/treats. I’m glad I decided to go with her to New Oakland!! Doctor’s like her are hard to find!”
“I would go somehow else for help. I had to cancel my appointment a couple weeks ago since I was sick, tried 3 times to reschedule with the therapist (browyn) I was seeing and NO response back at all. With that being said I would take your kids somewhere else where the therapist actually listens to the kids and the parents. Not just the kids which the therapist my kids were seen was causing more issues than helping. When therapist (Melissa) pulled me into the hallway with a attitude and confronted me about something and when I told her she wasn’t going to like what I had to say and the therapist fired back saying that Makes Two of us. That was a line that was crossed making me feel threatened and walked out with my kids. There’s better places than this place to get help.”
“I went reluctantly a few years ago and the lady doing my intake disregarded me completely and listened to me father who she let in the room and who was my conflict so me going there for my trauma from my dads drinking problem turned to “ your up at night because your online” and she encouraged him to turn off the wifi and take me phone away. After this she has the nerve to ask me “so did you want to get set up with a therapist?” No??? Not if they’re like you why would I do that😭. I didn’t go back for years until I had to because they’re the only place that takes my insurance so the people are nicer now but my therapist gives me the vibe that she just gets paid to sit there and question me.”
“This place is a waste of time and money. No one called to let me know how my kid was doing or what the plan was for her. Everyone there seems to be confused about the programs. Nothing was accomplished in three weeks. Two whole months ago I was told I was getting a refund for being over charged in APRIL and it still has not come. It’s July. Don’t waste your money.”
