How likely are you to recommend Judson Center - Warren?
What patients say on Google
“Really like it here! I see Dr Riolo (psychiatrist), Jenna (case manager), and Colleen (therapist). I was seeing Marishia for awhile but she got a new position. Every single one of them is great! Dr Riolo is very smart and is good about listening and doing med adjustments when needed. Jenna is hilarious and super helpful. I just started seeing Colleen recently, but I like her a lot so far. Definitely recommend this place/location!”
“I had a very disappointing experience at the Judson Center in Warren, MI. From the moment I walked in, I did not feel welcomed or supported, and the overall environment felt unprofessional and dismissive. During my appointment, my concerns did not feel taken seriously. I came in expecting to be heard and supported, but instead I left feeling unseen and unheard. The session felt rushed and lacking the attention and care that I believe patients deserve when seeking mental health support. What stood out most to me was the lack of engagement and follow-through during my visit. I did not feel that my concerns were fully addressed, and it left me questioning the quality of care being provided. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I hope the center takes feedback seriously so future patients feel more respected, supported, and valued than I did.”
“Pro's: The therapists are awesome. Con: The front office is probably the most incompetent staff in Macomb county. Do not schedule any appointment over the phone. They routinely tell your appointment and then don't schedule it the computer and if they manage to schedule it they don't tell you if it's a tele-health. I've lost count how many times I've brought my daughters here just to leave because their front office screwed up.”
“This office is very unprofessional and has a high turnover rate of therapists, which is a red flag. I went through 2 therapists in 4 months and after the 2nd therapist left the office, I spent over 4 months trying to get them to assign me to another therapist. Every time I would call or ask the front desk in person they'd tell me I need to talk to someone else. My psychiatrist even emailed them twice asking that they assign me one. I ended up seeing a therapist in another office and continued to see my psych, Dr Harris at Judson center. She was filling out FMLA paperwork for accommodations to remain working from home, and one day she decides that I should return to office, against both my physical and mental wellbeing. My therapist agreed that she did not handle this properly and thankfully took over filing out my paperwork for me so that I can remain working from home. I have since left the office and found a new psych. I do NOT recommend going to this office. They also have lost my paperwork before and they do not return calls or messages. A complete lack of accountability. Edited March 2026: Another reason to not trust this office, if you see a psychiatrist, before each appointment they tell you that you *MUST* take a drug test. They send this drug test to an OUT OF NETWORK lab and expect you to pay over $100 each time. I JUST started getting billed for it, and haven't seen this provider since last year! Back when I was a patient, I asked why do I have to do the drug test to be seen. Dr Harris told me that it's to make sure I'm talking my meds properly. I did research and the only psych drugs that will show up on a drug test are benzos, which I am not prescribed or taking. So she LIED to me and most likely only does this to get a kickback from the lab. Absolutely disgusting. Do NOT trust this office with your mental heath and wellbeing.”
