“I've been trying to make an appointment to see the doctor so that I can get my medications refilled. I've left (3) voicemails for them to call me back and let me know what day the doctor is there so that I can come in. I've left my name and phone number a few times for them to call me back and they never do. I need my medication so that I can function. I suffer from Depression, Anxiety, and OCD. Once I get my appointment, I'll be okay, but I really need an appointment.”
