What patients say on Google

“Dr. Michael Ellis has been treating our grandson with ASD for over 13 years. He has seen us through some really hard times. His professionalism and compassion have kept us rooted.”
Valerie Moore
“Dr. Ellis has helped me along the journey with our special needs daughter since she was in seventh grade. She is now 27! He has been with us every step of the way and is always there to answer questions. Most importantly, he understands what we are all going through. That helps a lot. I recommend him to anyone who needs help with psychiatric issues.”
Alice Johnston
“I can not say enough positive things about Dr.M. Ellis. I have a 27 year old son with aspberger syndrome. He has been with Dr. Ellis since my husband's medical retirement from the U.S. army in 2015. He has been with us through the ups and downs. There have been a lot of downs! Unfortunately, special needs are not just targeted by criminals, they are also targeted by our judicial system. Our judicial system is not educated on autism, yet they make arrest everyday. Unfortunately, individuals on the scale do not have the ability to defend themselves. They don't understand deceit or entrapment. No gray areas. If it wasn't for Dr. Ellis and his amazing staff, I could not have made it through such a difficult time in life. They are wonderful. He always makes sure that his medications do not need any adjustments. He speaks with him privately. He evaluates where his mental status is each visit. My son loves him. It is hard for a person on the scale to click with others. Dr. Ellis is so calm, so understanding, non- judging. That is everything to someone with autism. He is family to us.”
Bethany Gallion
“Dr Ellis and his staff are so kind and helpful! I have many, many years of experience with them and their help has enriched the lives of my family. Donna at the front desk is always so courteous and kind. I also have recent experience with nurse practitioner Ashley Wilson and have been impressed with her compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend!”
