What patients say on Google

“After a very long journey advocating for my two sons, this was the first medical office where I truly felt heard from the moment we walked through the door. As a single mom, I have spent years navigating ADHD concerns, school meetings, evaluations, and trying to make sure my boys receive the support they need. Walking into another appointment was emotional because we've experienced both wonderful providers and providers who simply didn't understand my children. From the moment we arrived, everything felt different. Carmen greeted us with kindness and immediately shared that she also has three boys with ADHD. Before we even met the provider, she made me feel understood. She never made my boys feel like they were "too much." Instead, she welcomed them exactly as they were. One of my favorite moments was when my son Dominic started talking about Michael Jackson. Carmen smiled and asked Alexa to play Michael Jackson for him. It may seem like such a small gesture, but to me it meant everything. She instinctively knew how to meet him where he was instead of trying to change who he was. My boys immediately relaxed, and honestly, so did I. Samantha Polluck, PA-C, took the time to truly listen. She observed both of my boys, answered every question, and first formed her own independent opinion before asking if I would be comfortable sharing their previous evaluations. After reviewing them, she explained her clinical reasoning in a way that made complete sense. She didn't want to put my boys on several medications at once. Instead, she wanted to treat what she believed was the primary concern first and see how they responded before adding anything else. As a mom, I appreciated that thoughtful approach so much. During the visit, I became emotional. This past year has been one of the hardest seasons of my life between my own health, advocating for my boys, and trying to rebuild my business. Samantha smiled and said, "It's okay. If I'm not making a parent cry, I'm not doing my job." We both laughed, but she understood those tears weren't from sadness—they were from finally feeling heard. I even shared that years ago I almost leased office space in the very building where their practice is now located because I was preparing to launch my staffing agency. Life had different plans, and my boys needed me more. Looking back, I'm so grateful things happened the way they did because that same building became the place where my sons finally received the compassionate care they deserved. I also appreciated that my daughter was included in the conversation. Samantha wanted to hear what she experiences as a sister, which made me feel like she wasn't just treating my sons—she was trying to understand our whole family. Before we left, Carmen helped schedule a follow-up before school starts, explained what documentation would help with their 504 Plans, and even shared advocacy resources I never knew existed. I walked into this appointment carrying years of frustration, guilt, and exhaustion. I walked out carrying hope. If you're a parent reading this because you're worried, overwhelmed, or wondering if anyone will truly understand your child, please know this: I finally found a place where my children weren't judged—they were understood. Thank you, Carmen and Samantha Polluck, PA-C, for treating my children—and me—with kindness, compassion, patience, and respect. I'll never forget the way you made us feel and reminding me that compassionate healthcare still exists!!”

“I had a truly wonderful experience here. I came in anxious, but was immediately made calm by my conversation with Carmen at the front desk. Afterwards, I had my appointment with Samantha who was personable and made the experience comfortable and easy. I don’t generally like doctors visits, but I look forward to my future visits here. Truly. “Andy’s coming!””

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Beal Wellness. They make you feel really seen and heard. Mrs. Carmen will even call you to make sure you are OK if the traffic is too thick, my provider Ally is a God send who listens and takes her time to slowly give medications and assess you instead of trying to just give you what she thinks is best. Mrs. Ashley is the best therapist who is great at helping you get to unbox your issues. I love this place.”
