My therapist (Genre Baker) is culturally aware, and well trained. He is always professional but warm and approachable. I also appreciate the flexibility of virtual appointments.”

“I certainly understand that it often takes many tries to find a therapist that “fits,” but I must caution anyone with depression or anxiety to avoid Chera. Her “bedside manner” is brusque and belittling. I often left feeling worse than when I arrived. I cannot speak to the entire practice; as a matter of fact, everyone else with whom I spoke was very kind, but Chera would best suit a very strong, very self-confident client.”

One billing issue with saying my credit card was expired when it doesnt expire until 2030 and had been using elsewhere just fine and had to initiate a different card otherwise would have.given 5 stars.”
