“We were told that a doctor was taking new patients when the doctor was not taking new patients after scheduling a well out and conforming the Friday before our appointments they called us and let us know that the doctor will not be seeing us. And now I have to wait at least another week or two to be seen by a doctor. Their solution was to have a seen by a nurse practitioner which my insurance will not allow. Extremely unhappy with the fact that very few doctors are covered under our insurance and I called The day I made The appointments and was assured the doctor was taking new patients. I made my appointment and then I called Back and made my son’s appointment after again ensuring she was taking new patients.”
