“My nephew has been trying to get his meds refilled for over 2 weeks without her responding to the request. The office staff said a script was sent, which wasn't. The pharmacy even called the office to get the script & it still hasn't been provided. No wonder we have so many children with continued issues, when on a psychiatric medication won't be filled, even though we have done everything correctly to get said medication filled. This is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.”
