How likely are you to recommend Keystone Counseling & Evaluation Services?
What patients say on Google
“Keystone Counseling has been a top notch counseling place for the improvement of my mental health. I began going in May, 2024 with the intent of attending a few sessions, getting the help I needed and moving on, but the counselors made it easy to keep coming back. They really care about your well-being and various aspects of my life and I’ve been able to develop a strong relationship with my counselor who is thorough, open and willing to listen to anything that I need help with. I value a counselor who not only listens but also allows me to be vulnerable, and with that I’ve been able to receive the feedback I’ve needed to move forward and continue progressing in my mental health. The goal seems to be to get healthy and find ways to stay healthy, and that’s what Keystone does. Not to mention how friendly and accommodating the front office staff is at scheduling appointments or possibly squeezing in a last-minute appointment if the availability is there.”
“As someone who has been both a client and provider in the mental health field, I can honestly say this is a safe place staffed with safe people; from office workers to therapists. People are treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care for their well-being. Privacy is maintained and definitely a judgement-free zone. The atmosphere is calm and soothing and there's flyers posted with information for all types of support groups, food providers, and other services. There's no better place to start your healing journey”
“I have a long way to go still, but my counselor at keystone is amazing. My previous counselor through keystone left the facility, but she was amazing as well. I have tried counseling at least a dozen times in the past with really bad results. These guys are all the best around. This company is who I'm sticking with until the day I'm better.”
“Don't waste your time with them, instead find a psychiatrist. All they care about is getting their money for the services, they don't care about their clients. I had a fever and canceled an hour ahead of time, then they threatened me with discharge if I cancelled again. I wasn't aware that they would expect me to predict a fever 24 hours before the appointment. It's been nothing but problems with the office staff, they're not nice. The owner Sarah seems nice enough, but she needs to hire some people that actually have compassion and empathy. I will go elsewhere now after spending almost 2 years with them and being treated this way.”
