“I used to really like this place!! Used to be Christopher and associates owned by a class act Lady....and the place ran like a dream. The staff was very efficient and everything worked like a charm.. the front desk lady was very sweet and knew the office like the back of her hand....such an enjoyable place from start to finish....this was....until the company changed hands....was sold...the front end office Lady was no longer there. The place is terrible...nobody's right hand knows what the left hand is doing! Barely answer the phone and you can forget leaving a message. It will not be returned.... I have had to even get in my car and drive there just so I could talk to somebody about an appointment twice!! The other day I recieved a phone call from there...a bit concerned...as I had just dropped someone off ....I answer to A very rude and nasty call wanting to know if I had dropped a client off there...I said yes...I did.... To which the girl in the other ends responds with. Well, she has been waiting for 20 minutes plus on a ride. So she said, they need to be picked up.....I said...with all due respect....if that's the case....you should have called me 20 mins minutes ago...with the mix up of appointment day! I have a wonderful therapist here that I do not want to loose....I do not know what happen with that lady that use to be up front...but they need to get her back up there... So if you've moved her to the back, you might want to bring her back up....thanks”

“Used to go to therapy when I was younger and it was still Christopher and Associates, and had some testing done in 2023. When I got my results I was basically given a placeholder for one of my diagnosis, saying they didn’t have enough evidence since they just saw me once and would change it after talking to my therapist again. Makes sense i suppose, except neither me or my therapist were able to ever get a hold of them again. In about October of 2024 I tried a few times to get a hold of them again due to needing records. After trying for a few weeks I called one more time, basically saying if I still couldn’t get a hold of them I would have to come into the office since there was no other way to talk to someone. Not even 15 minutes later i get a call back, and as soon as the woman on the phone confirmed who I was started screaming at me for “threatening” them. I tried to explain that I didn’t, but she just kept asking me if I wanted the records or not over and over again. I eventually hung up due to being in tears and never tried to call again.”

“The receptionist Sonja needs an attitude adjustment. She immediately was flippant, rude and a she interrupted me twice. Ultimately I told her about her about her behavior before hanging up. She is the first point of contact for your company and I can tell you right now that this is not someone you want representing your business. I am on the phone all day in my line of work and never have I had a conversation like this before. Do yourself a favor and get rid of her.”

“This place only cares about the money and not the child. They called me in to discuss the "results" for my child, only to then tell me they didn't get documents back from the teacher so they had no results. Then why did you call me in????? I was able to supply the document during the meeting in which the counselor tried to quickly diagnosis him. I then had to call repeatedly to get the results sent to the Dr and school. This place is ridiculous and I would never take my child there again.”
