“My stepson has bipolar, PTSD,rad, ADHD, odd and explosive disorder.. For years we have been told oh... Call FACT. In home therapy ( we have done this off and on for 6 years and no change or other help available) among other things suggested by Dr sakhrani.. After I make the multiple calls and do wait lists only to be told this is not available and they have no idea what I'm talking about.. Dr says yes they know call again.. After YEARS of meds and every kind of therapy offered... Us parents still are asked ... Well why is he having behaviors and what are triggers.. well we have explained for years and with no answers or help that our son needs.. Now she is on vacation and my son is out of more meds.. the same meds that I was told he can not stop cold turkey.. we have a future appointment made.. when calling to refill there is no refills and pharmacy says this organization no longer accepts this request.. This is UNACCEPTABLE BY ALL MEANS. If anyone in CEO office reads this then please respond and I will reach out ASAP.. otherwise, I will take other action”

“I will save everyone the time and effort of reading this review to put her "care" into the least amount of words as I can, however there is so much to my experience that this will be quite long. I was under Sakhranis care for multiple years until I got fed up with the amount of gaslighting, manipulating, and over all inaccurate care she gave. I was a minor when I first saw her and was continuously given the impression that I was an inconvenience to her. She would also prescribe medications that endangered my health knowing full well that I react differently to medications than most people and would raise the dosage to a dangerously high number. One made me loose 20-30 pounds in one month alone. I was already small to begin with and had multiple visits to the ER because of it. She had brought me into the office many times to weigh me herself but would proceed to not take emergency action like she should have. After personal research on these medications and when I confronted her she was immediately offended and irritated with me to the point I would be sobbing and begging for her to help me but no matter what I said or did she refused to change her mind. The appointment I told her I was no longer going to be her patient her deminer completely changed from irritable to relived who I have a whiteness to confirm this along with her past behavior. I gathered my records with her and went through highlighting everything that was incorrect which included my diagnosis's, side effect reactions ect. These pages were filled with yellow highlighter and she would even write in her notes saying how "Difficult" I was being just asking for the care that I needed. All I can say is she is lucky that I have not pressed legal charges for medical neglect. PLEASE do not go to her!!”
