Dr. Murtaza Hayat

“I only came to doctor Hayat as a PCP because I didnt have insurance but he is useless as a primary care doctor. I've been requesting for months for him to fill out a form that only my primary care physician can fill out and after months of requesting this he made me come in for an in office visit just to tell me he isnt comfortable filling it out(after one of my specialists already filled out the part that he had a problem with) which now makes me uncomfortable having him as my doctor. As a primary care doctor who supposedly knows my health history and has access to all of my medical files, you would think they could make an assessment on something simple but no. I should have switched doctors as soon as I got insurance but until now didn't see the importance of it. Theres a reason he works for compass health and not a major hospital network like bjc or even ssm. He's incompetent, doesnt listen to his patients and is seemingly just there to get a check. Every visit consists of him coming in being dismissive and rushing thru everything. Literally every other doctor and even urgent care ive been to recently has provided better care than him. I even have to call multiple times to remind him to do his job! Like send labs over to my other doctor's when requested causing me to have issues and delays with them and my prescriptions”
