“Started taking all 4 of our kids here. 1 with depression, 1 with anxiety, DMDD, PTSD and severe behavioral issues, 1 with ODD and anxiety, 1 with ADHD. Started out good. We still had issues with our kids but we were trusting the process. But seems we constantly had CYS at our door. We also had family services in our home and they told us we were already doing everything possible that they would do with us or recommend. We would hold our kids accountable, we had a routine, we had family meetings, our kids had chores and earned things. But seems when our kids had issues and felt like they could trust their therapist and talk about them, the therapist took that as a way to take notes to report us for absolutely no reason. For example: My child who has ODD, she had an episode at home the Saturday before Christmas. I asked her to do the dishes and she completely lost it. Went outside wouldn’t come in. I attempted multiple times get her to come inside. She refused. Finally I told her look I guess if you don’t come in and do what I ask then I won’t be giving you your big Christmas presents… (A bike) she decided still not come inside so my fiance packed it up and took it back and got our money back. She got mad and took off. I went outside to check on her again maybe 3-4 minutes after I was just out there and she was gone. I walked around my house outside and inside, checked my cameras, nowhere to be found. I get in my car and start driving around to find her. My oldest daughter calls me and tells me she’s at the neighbors house they had called her. I go and she’s REFUSING to leave their house. I give opportunity after opportunity for her to come get in my car and she refuses. I had to scoop her up my arms under her arm pits and put her in my car. The neighbors helped me get the child locks on my car. I took her to her dads because I had to work that night and I didn’t trust she wouldn’t take off while everyone was sleeping. She calls me 2 days later wants to come home misses me etc. I go get her. We go through Christmas no issues. Her dad and I are on the same page and he even made her apologize to me. Now fast forward to over a week after the incident…she goes to her therapist and all of a sudden same day we have CYS calling me saying there was a report of physical abuse. Seriously? In my child’s treatment plan it states include family when necessary..why not ask me hey what happened? Instead report to CYS. A therapist is supposed to be someone to help my child learn to deal with these situations appropriately not just use their sessions to make reports on parents. We also had several other times with my stepdaughter who has known behavioral issues, where she would go to therapy and boom CYS was called not just on our household but her mothers as well. The therapist has access to the diagnosis has access to discussion with parents why not try to figure out how to help rather than make it worse?? We have all our kids in therapy, we have our 1 daughter involved with MST, they all have journals, we work together as a family, we have done everything possible and anything recommended to us… so if we were abusive don’t you think we would be not doing any of that? The common sense factor is NOT there. This same therapist I am 90% certain also tried to encourage my 12 year old daughter to tell me she wants to be a boy..this was never an issue before. My daughter always loved dresses, baby dolls, Barbie’s, makeup..started therapy and all of a sudden she’s telling me she wants to be a boy and she actually ended up basically shaving her hair off like a full blown Brittany Spears moment! Med manager Jillian has been great she seems to have common sense as well as her nurse Melissa. Several others in the office seem to be good and understand. The secretary is very nice and informative. This 1 therapist is specifically my issue. Therapist Emily has been great as well but unfortunately this 1 Leslie has ruined my faith in the entire company.”

“After waiting five months to even get in, I was led on my Oboro for nearly a year with getting a proper ADHD diagnosis, let alone medicine to help manage it. Was constantly written off as anxiety even though NONE of the medications he was prescribing helped. Every two months he would just keep upping the dose despite no results. My local CVS even mentioned that he was bad with approving refills for them and never got back to them. Waste of time, short not even 2 minute long check ins where it was obvious he was uninterested in actually getting me on something that worked in the slightest. Never again save yourself time and money. Finally have a new nurse who listens to me and helps me manage my symptoms.”

“To these people you are nothing but a paycheck. The Psychiatrist I interacted with, Dr. Pennington, only wanted to push pills. Anything else was unimportant. She learns only enough about you to put you on low grade meds that won't do anything for you. And god forbid she doesn't understand something, she'll send you for a 24 hr psych hold on a whim weather it's good for you or not. She doesn't care, and that sentiment applies to everyone else I've interacted with. The therapists will blatantly admit they have no idea how to help you but will emphasize how important it is to keep seeing them. They'll claim it's so you have an outlet, but it's just so they can keep you paying for their useless service. And the Psychiatrists totally ignore any info given to them by a therapist. I worked with these people for approx. 3 years. I only ever got worse working with these people. Beware. P.S. Another doctor has directly told me that I was NOT getting proper treatment from CSG.”

“They charged me $140 for a 5 minute phone call! During that phone call I gave them the list of medications I need prescribed. Five minutes before starting my 30 minute drive to Mill Hall, they called and told me they don't prescribe half of my medications. I immediately canceled my appointment. The woman who scheduled my appointment starting talking about her personal problems. Insanely unprofessional! Stay far away from this place.”
