“They use to be called family behavioral resources but now operating under this name. When I had FBR they were totally rude and not compassion at all. They blamed me for "my behavior"? Like what behavior? The only behavior I saw was theirs. They screamed at their clients and were abusive. Save some time and not go with them. Your better off getting help from your own family who doesn't even have credentials!”

You will not receive any of the following from the office staff, billing team or clinic. Even though my family had insurance they insisted to take cash payments as a back up. After insurance processed the claim, the funds were never released. I could go on with the rudeness and mistreatment but I will allow my attorney to handle the rest.”

“They discharge patients after 16 years of going there, because of a missed appointment. Save your time and go somewhere else. A place that actually cares about your well being. The therapist Corrine Motto is inpatient and rude. Well done mental health system for turning away someone who had been on meds for over half of their life.”
