“I was on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I luv this place. If I need my meds adjusted I request to come here. Brett on the 2nd floor is my favorite staff member along with Alex. Lewis, Jovita, Evelyn, Gina, Nancy and the sweet cleaning lady on the 3rd floor are gems. I learned meditation here, I was able to take control of all aspects of my life because of meditation and BC. The group therapists are outta sight. Snacks and food good. Psychiatrists are very nice and professional. Thank you BC.”

“Not therapeutic. There are no groups they will have you fill out a sheet and call it a group. However, there's no group, no activities, no education. essentially you sit there for days with nothing to do. You have two day rooms with 1 tv in each room and that is it. This place is not helpful rather traumatizing. I have been sent here on two different occasions and have come out worse than going in. This is one of those places that should not be running it's not helpful in the slightest! There are a couple of good staff members but can count on a single hand. I had a roommate say they were given the choice between jail time or going to a psych facility. They said they regretted their decision to come to BC based on how bad it is and that Jail would have been better. I can't say I disagree with their statement.”

“I would just like to say I was there for 10 days and everybody always has bad reviews to write but that's because they expect to get catered to. Now the staff on the second floor is absolutely amazing they go above & beyond to help you with whatever you're dealing with. But what takes the cake is Gary the charge nurse and medication nurse he is absolutely hands down the best he went above and beyond to help me with all of my issues and talked to me like a person not a patient thanks Gary you let the cats meow Sincerely Charles Wamser”

“I was stripped searched by female staff, even after asking for male staff because I wasn’t comfortable with female staff touching my genitals during a strip search. I was overmedicated Completely ignoring already prescribed medications by other professionals to the point that I passed out standing up Multiple time’s and had to sit in a wheelchair Because I hurt my hip so bad I couldn’t walk. I’ve already made a complaint against this hospital and if anyone in law-enforcement or the media needs a comment, please get in touch with me. They need to shut this place down! I’ve never thought I would see doctors, and staff treat patients like animal’s, but that’s exactly what they do. I am in no way exaggerating that the doctors on staff need to be removed from practice because of their Breached hippocratic Oath. They are causing a lot more harm than Good I assure you. They didn’t even get my name right on my wristband in the system, while they had my license readily available. They simply just don’t care. Zero stars!!! Thank you to everyone else who posted reviews. You are not alone, and helped me gain the courage To call out this evil facility…”
