“The negative reviews in here all wild. This is for a PSYCHIATRIST office so remember that information when reading their rants. I’ve been going to this office for years and still continue even though they don’t take my insurance. They have always been professional and hold clear boundaries when it comes to the required follow up visits as expected with most medications they prescribe. Is it frustrating to have to have an appointment once a month?? Yes of course, is it their fault, no. I’ve had to pay a no show fee a couple of times and it was 100% on ME because their polices are posted everywhere and clear. If you take accountability for your own actions and adhere to the policies that the government enforces then you will love this office and its providers. If you have no self awareness, accountability or need hand holding, go elsewhere.”

“Dr. Gupta has been our family psychiatrist for three generations. He is very knowledgeable about his field. Very caring, he has been very supportive and caring for my family. I would recommend him in an heartbeat. His office staff has always been kind and caring to my family.”

“Been a patient with them since last year first time ever being put on medication when coming to this office, I was already going through a lot when it came to dealing with life, I was seeing Dr. Nicole when I had called the office about three weeks ago. I asked to schedule an appointment with Dr. Nicole. The staff told me they would get back to me to Schedule an appointment. But I never received a call the next day like they stated so I called back 4-5 days later then they decide to schedule me again with Nicole yesterday and emergency within my family. My uncle had to get rushed to the hospital and my grandmother is on home hospice right now so while my mother was at the hospital all day with my uncle, I was at my grandmother‘s house all day, making sure she was ok so my appointment completely slipped my mind which happens to a lot of us when we’re trying to balance everything in our world, so when I called the office back today, they stated that Dr. Nicole no longer wants to see me and that my case has been closed, but never once did anybody tell me if I miss one more appointment that it would be a termination or I was NEVER sent a letter this office is very unprofessional I was never warned for anything, I went ahead to try to explain to them of what I was going through, but the front desk did not care to hear what I had to say even when I asked them can I please speak to Dr. Nicole because I have concerns about the medication I’m on if this is gonna be the last time they ever see me, but she stated Dr. Nicole will not speak to me and that there’s nothing they can do to help me out, They told me I can call the back of my insurance card to find a new place just no care in the world I recommend you guys do not come here because if you get comfortable with one of the workers here they would drop you so quick they don’t care how much time you have spent with them. All they care about is their money.”

“Terrible money hungry PSYCHIATRIST (what can be worse than a terrible mental health doctor) that will REFUSE an appointment no matter if an emergency or not unless your full balance is paid... Disgusting to say this office operates the way they do. The front office staff is just as worse and has the WORST attitudes 99.9% of the time and has no sense of urgency even in the most urgent life threatening times. It’s awful to think these people are still operating a mental health business. Multiple family members have been here and seen this doctor (not by choice) and has had the same experience and I am just in awe with how terrible Gupta/Nicole/ and the whole front office performs for its patients. They would rather argue and fight with a person in a crisis about money then actually treat them. Ascension needs to let this doctor and whole staff go to save what little reputation they have left.”
