How likely are you to recommend Winston Psychiatry Jeffrey Winston M.D.?
What patients say on Google
“It is truly refreshing to come across someone who consistently makes an effort to be there for me. He has a natural ability to listen deeply and offer practical guidance whenever things get a bit overwhelming. I notice how much he cares when hr takes the time to remember the small details about the people I love and are important in my life. He has a supportive nature and acts like a steady anchor during all my challenging situations I face being bipolar and having borderline personality disorder. Having such a reliable presence in your corner makes navigating life feel a whole lot easier. He is my mentor, life coach, and the best psychiatrist I have ever had. His staff is also helpful with scheduling appointments. Dr. Winston is the best and I look forward to our appointments. We can talk about anything, even if it is embarrassing. I appreciate him and ge helps me.”
“I've been a patient of Dr. Winston for 20 plus years, which speaks volumes. He is incredibly attentive, listened to my issues, leaving me to feel at ease, as we discuss & manage my treatment. His office staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially when it comes to assisting me with telemedicine session's. Thank you all!!”
“Dr. Winston and his team are amazing. He is compassionate, attentive, professional, and I always feel heard and respected during appointments. I appreciate his approach to my care and the comfortable environment. I would gladly recommend Dr. Winston and his practice to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable psychiatrist.”
“Extremely unprofessional practice. Dr. Winston prescribed me medication with serious side effects without considering drug interactions and then completely ghosted me. I tried to get a hold of him for over two weeks to discuss these symptoms and he will not return my calls. During our session, Dr. Winston was distracted and answered phone calls, not paying attention to what I was saying. He made several references to my “attractive” physical appearance, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I have been to multiple therapists and psychiatrists over the years, and have never encountered one as unprofessional as Dr. Winston. The billing department refused to accept my insurance even though I am in network and charged me $350. I told them again and again that this wasn’t correct, but they insisted on charging me the uninsured amount. After speaking at length with insurance, the practice went back on this and refunded my money. Totally unnecessary and extremely stressful situation they put me in for no reason. I do not recommend this practice to anyone. Literally not one thing about my experience with positive. Avoid at all costs.”
