“If you ever need to get ahold of anyone in the building, do not expect to have the phone answered. If you leave a message, expect 3 days at minimum to get a reply. The staff I have worked with here have been great, but as for the communication, I have really never had a business or doctors office every do this badly for getting someone on the phone. I hope things get fixed in that regard :/”

“I would not recommend coming here. I’ve been a patient/client for almost a year. I’ve been through 4 “therapists” and 1 med management NP. Nothing against the therapists, but they aren’t very versatile and one of them told me to just think positively and I would stop having anxiety. Really, my biggest problems are with the receptionists. They’re disorganized. They never get back to me if I leave a voicemail. They had to take my name and number about two weeks ago because their system was down, and I was unable to schedule an appointment. They never got back to me. As someone who takes medications that need to be monitored, it’s important I have scheduled follow ups. I always had to schedule my own follow ups. No one ever reached out after appointments like the therapist/med management np said. It’s exhausting dealing with them. You can find better care elsewhere for sure. I’d avoid here at all costs.”

“Beyond horrible never ever come to this place! I’ve been receiving mental health services for over 20 years and this place is by far the most unprofessional place ever! I went for my evaluation and they had informed me that I needed to do classes several hours a couple days a week even though I have no drug issues some classes pertaining to substance abuse, etc. I explained to them I did not need to do that and they said it was required for me to receive services! (Rhonda) Some of us have children and lives and work full-time and are not able to do this. There are several different agencies in the area that offer better mental health services! Do NOT waste your time!”

“Stay away! If I could give zero stars I would. I have been on my medications for years & simply needed refills. This practice has screwed up every single prescription I’ve received since the first appointment. Every time the dosages & amounts have been changed on each prescription, without being fixed. After having in person & phone appointments, prescriptions have not been prescribed at all until I threatened the practice. The doctors do not keep good enough notes to even know what they’ve said to the patient. I have taken time off of work for telehealth appointments, that were scheduled by the office, only to wait without receiving any phone call. After my first appointment, a reminder was sent out for my second appointment. It went out to my boss, all of the managers across the board, & to corporate all the way to the Vice President of the company. There was no fix. There was no apology.”
