What patients say on Google
“I find the telehealth sessions very convenient and quite professional. My biggest complaint is the patient portal messaging system. I receive no notification when my physician sends me a message. I need a text message letting me know I have a new message—not an email. I get hundreds of emails every day, so there’s no practical way for me to know when one of them is simply telling me to check the portal. I’ve missed important instructions from my physician because I had no idea there was a message waiting for me. That’s my primary concern. Another frustration with the patient portal is that I couldn’t upload photographs in “Messages.” When I developed a rash from a medication, I wanted my doctor to see it, but there was no way to attach a JPEG image. A picture would have communicated the problem far better than trying to describe it in words. That was extremely frustrating and seems like an important feature for a patient portal to have. Funny because here, in writing this review, I’m able to upload a picture. Your patient portal needs improvement and updating to allow uploading pictures in Messaging, also. . As for in-person visits, I had a very frustrating experience. The appointment instructions directed me to the wrong suite on the wrong floor. I sat there alone for 15 minutes until my appointment was canceled because I was marked as a no-show. The problem wasn’t that I failed to arrive—it was that your automated instructions sent me to the wrong location. My physician later told me they were actually in a completely different suite. I don’t understand why your automated messaging system would direct patients to the wrong place. That created a serious problem for me. Because of that experience, I do not plan to schedule in-person appointments again. Telehealth has been much more reliable.”
“I met NP Woodward today via telehealth appointment and she was fantastic! Very patient and compassionate. We didn't have a lot of time, but she still listened to everything I had to say and really put me at ease. I look forward to working with her in the future!”
“*Update* I was informed after the front desk said, "We need to put a patient transfer request in again, before finding another provider" — I was no longer able to receive services from Bloom. I was only informed via email and mail. What happened to "We'll keep at it until we find a provider that works with you"? Shoddy business practice. Old review 07/28/26 I was ready to write off Bloom due to LNP Tucci and I not getting along. My second shrink and I couldn't come to an agreement on treatment plan — she was still so kind and compassionate — about finding the right provider for me. Tucci said it's due to my past (even with eight years clean and documented proof I'm in recovery, no failed tests or problems) and Laurie Woodward was an absolute angel. She said, "It's not your past history, I never judge or make decisions based on that. I just don't believe in Klonopin for long-term use". She still offered to provide me a list of providers that might be more willing to help I'm going on my third attempt at finding a proper anxiety medication shrink but I'll keep going, knowing how kind and understanding the front desk is. Mrs. Woodward gave me hope with this company.”
“Everyone outside there has been very nice and I love my new psychiatrist and counselor. I love that I'm able to do it virtually. I have a very complicated medical history and everybody's been patient and understanding and kind while going over my history.”
