“The Willow Center for Resilient Living is a true light in downtown Cornelius. It brings together authentic, down-to-earth practitioners and coaches who help people move into the next stage of their lives through innovative, holistic, and nature-based practices. This is not your typical therapy center. The space has a special energy, from the Bodhi fig tree symbolizing enlightenment to the beautiful garden spa, where people strengthen their resilience through experiences such as cold-water immersion. It is also home to the Honey Badger Hole. The practitioners are warm, genuine, and deeply committed to helping people grow. It is a cutting-edge center with a wonderful atmosphere, a strong sense of community, and a truly great vibe. It is also the new home for the Wilder Method and symbolizes the next step in the evolution of my journey. I am happy to call Willow Center my new home.”
