“Amazing experience today as a new patient. 1. I love that it’s a private practice. No fighting with office staff/answering machines for appointments or refills. 2. Amazing environment. My son almost fell asleep on her couch, he was so comfortable and at ease. 3. She actually listened! Not only did she listen, she asked a ton of questions and really got to know him. 4. No fluff. I appreciate this as a parent. We got down to business and came up with a game plan. 5. Genuine. She genuinely cared about our concerns and I really feel like that’s hard to come by in psychiatry these days. Beyond happy to have found someone we can trust. “My son and daughter have been going to Amy Boison for several years. We found her a few years ago in Chapel Hill and followed her to Apex. We tried a couple providers when she moved and that was a nightmare. We now make the two hour commute and it is totally worth it! Obviously we switched to continue to see Amy but the office is also amazing. This location is clean and welcoming. Everyone is friendly and helpful! These are some great people! Both my children have had compounding issues and Amy Boison never gave up! She stuck with us through some trial and error (always getting closer) until we finally found the right treatments!
