“After a long hiatus, I started attending yoga classes about a year and a half ago with Charm as my instructor. I look forward to the weekly classes, Thursday evening and Saturday morning Vinyasa Flow, which I attend regularly. During the ~75 min classes each week, I am able to relax, focus and leave daily stress behind. I feel so much better after and have noticed I sleep better and am better able to control feelings of anxiety throughout the week. Charm is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable and the setting is so beautiful! I am so happy to have found such a great class and instructor so close to home!”

Everything is provided to allow you to simply walk into the beautiful and serene Carriage House for class. Charm is an excellent instructor who welcomes every level of student and works to keep all at a challenging yet comfortable pace. I love my weekly escape!!
