For those that are uncomfortable with the idea of exercise in public, in pain, discouraged, or struggling with their bodies in any way, I highly recommend this team. They have been consistently understanding, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been encouraged to push myself. My comfort has been taken into consideration at every turn. I look forward to going every week. As my time at Pivot comes to a close, I’ll miss it. But my cane lives by the front door now instead of in my palm, and most of the time, is forgotten about entirely. It’s time for the next adventure. An adventure I wouldn’t be prepared for without Pivot. I struggled in. I walked out. What else is there to say?”
