“Do not go here. They use Headway for their insurance filing and billing. They used my HSA card for charges every time my family member saw Maria even though the charges weren’t legit. They filed claims under my name and I have never been there before. My family member had met the out of pocket limit and shouldn’t have had to pay anything. Headway is a nightmare to try and resolve anything. And this office will not help you. They have had months to correct all this and I’m still out of my money. I held off in posting a review to see if this would get resolved. Be aware! I 100% would not recommend this practice.”
