“If I could give them 100 stars I would!! My family has been going to Vitalis for 4 years almost 5 and we absolutely love them! Let me start with the phenomenal staff at the front desk. We can’t praise them enough!! They greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to help in anyway they can! I have multiple doctors/ specialists that I have to see and I don’t feel welcome when I walk in those offices like I do at Vitalis! Between myself and other family members we see multiple providers here and we thank God for guiding us to them!! The providers take their time to explain your treatment plan and even tell you if you have any questions or concerns to please call the office and let them know. Unlike a lot of other doctors these providers don’t just “throw “ medicine at you. They take time to explain all aspects of the medication they feel will work best for you. I could go on and on about how wonderful they are! The nurse that’s there, I believe her name is Briley will actually call you back in the time frame she says she will , most of the time she calls you back the same day which is something I’ve never had happen with any other doctor office Ive been to. We have no complaints other than how we’ve seen and heard people talk to / treat the staff up front for making them pay their copays or adhering to their attendance policy. We are so grateful for the text, email and phone reminders to help keep us on track so we don’t miss appointments. I promise you if you have adhd like myself and my granddaughter and daughter, we need all the reminders we can get… 🤣 Thank you Vitalis for being so freaking awesome!!”

“We been coming here for years. Mrs Vickie always listens, ask questions understands and addresses our concerns. Everyone at the office as well as the nurse have always been friendly and helpful. Jennifer at the front desk helped me with state insurance coverage after struggling for months to straighten it out with the state and getting no where and it wasn’t an issue with their office, we kept being told our state coverage was no longer in effect but just out of kindness, she was able to login and print the info off for us so we didn’t have to continue paying for meds out our pocket! So glad we found them!”

“I went today to take my daughter for her appointment and something wonderful and heart melting happened. I got to greet and give loves and pets to the beautiful furbaby that they have in the office.
