“Amazing staff, but its been terrible calling 3 days multiple times and no answer to make an appointment. No call backs, so irritating my daughter and I see physicians here but once again I'm having to take her through the walk in clinic to get seen. I can not get the healow app set up accurately to make an appointment online as recordings and staff seems to be always busy from answering calls.”

“Overall, I appreciate the Primary Health Clinics. I've gone to several over the years, currently going to the one on Mitchell in Ft O. But, today's visit highlights 2 consistent problems I've encountered with PHCs, and its almost been enough to make me go elsewhere, and I don't want to do that. First, I have to fill out the SAME GIANT STACK of papers EVERY TIME i go. I can see this for first time visitors, but I've been many times, much of the info is already saved, and I verified it at the desk when I arrived, and still had to repeat much of the same info yet again. I don't understand why this is necessary to the extent it is? Second, after being called in pretty quickly (good!), and having the basic reason for my visit taken care of (great! - just getting a prescription refilled), I then had to wait 1 HOUR with NO ONE coming in just to do a minute or two of "everything ok?" and confirming everything's that already been done. This isn't the first time, but it was the longest so far. Again, why? Please improve the front end and back end experiences, because all in all, I do like PHC. But days like this kind of wear me out on it.”
