“I’m just not understanding how every time we come for an appointment, we are early and the nurse gets vitals almost right away… only for us to sit in a COMPLETELY EMPTY waiting room for over an hour to be seen. Literally no other patients the entire time. Then when I ask how much longer it’s going to be, I get told, “I don’t even think the drs here yet, let me check.” WHAT?! Why are we being scheduled at a time she’s not even here?! This is so frustrating, especially with a child that has Autism.”

“Worst experience you can have anywhere ever. If I could give negative stars, I would. Asked if they would fill my medication when scheduling the appt as I was new to Virginia at the time. They told me yes. As soon as I sat down in the doctor's office, he asked why I was there and when I told him what medication I needed, they said they don't fill that one. So we ended the appt immediately. I asked if I was going to be charged and they said no. I later got a bill and tried to dispute it. They sent it to collections. I have called and called and called. Finally gave up and paid the bill today. So I paid for a service I didn't receive and it negatively impacted my credit. Seriously, stay away. Rude, incompetent, and overall just useless. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.”
